Allen Tan is an interactive designer at The New York Times and was part of the website redesign team. Among other features, it has side commenting, dynamic layouts, and webfonts redrawn for small sizes. He is also the assistant editor for Contents, a content-strategy magazine, and formerly for Codex, a type magazine.
He also works on numerous side projects experimenting with reading and writing on the web.
